Truck bodies for drinks distribution are the next special bodies manufacture development for the last 7 years in IGLOOCAR. On the basis of brewery transport requirements and new trends in this special carriage in Europe, the Company manufactures all kinds of bodies for beer and drinks carriage and distribution, applying individual solutions for specific customers. IGLOOCAR offers three types of bodies for drinks carriage and distribution:

1. Isothermic bodies with back loading - made of sandwich thermo insulating panels, provide maintaining stabile temperature inside the body. Mounted on all kinds of trucks, trailers and bodies, serve both for long distance carriage and distribution, Equipped with double back doors and optionally placed on the right or left side door. Adjusted mainly for carriage and distribution of drinks in the back loading and unloading system (palettes with goods) from loading platforms. Suitable constructed and reinforced floor allows fork lifts operating. Additional side door and handy for distribution function. The bodies may be equipped with back loading boards, allowing loading and unloading from zero level. Also the bodies are adjusted for installing heating and cooling appliances.

2. Bodies with side door segments -designed specially for beer and drinks carriage, made in isothermic version, mounted mainly on chassis. Designed for large palettes loads (26 ISO palettes) between producers and distribution centres. Equipped with side door segments on the left or right wall allow quick drinks loading and unloading from ground level with fork lifts. The side wall opening by segments makes an easy access to the whole assortment of carried goods. Additionally the bodies are equipped with back double doors, allowing loading palettes from platforms. Optionally heating or cooling units may be installed in bodies.

3. Flop bodies with side loading - special bodies with side loading and unloading meant both for drinks long distance carriage and distribution. Isothermic body elements protect drinks from weather conditions. The bodies are equipped with opening, horizontally divided side walls (side flops), so that while releasing the side wall, the top flop automatically opens operated by reliable link mechanism and ejects onto the roof. The bodies may be equipped with both opening side walls or one optionally chosen. Bodies are also equipped with back door. These special bodies for drinks carriage due to universal loading and unloading abilities are mounted on all types of chassis, from distribution trucks through large road units and bodies utilised in all drinks transport organisations and systems. Such bodies allow maximum loading and unloading time limiting, quick and easy access to the whole drinks assortment carried, optimal transport conditions and comfortable and easy handling.
